Required:

• CA, MBA, or CWA with at least 1 year of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A)
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to question and challenge data and peers
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with integrity
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• A strong team player who can collaborate effectively with business and finance teams

Preferred (Nice to Have):

• Working knowledge of Alteryx and Python
• Flexibility to work in EMEA shifts (European time zones)

Key Responsibilities

If selected, your primary responsibilities as a Financial Analysis Analyst will include:

• Consolidating financial results for month-end reporting, forecasting future performance, and assisting in budget planning
• Conducting variance analysis to understand financial deviations and explain changes in performance
• Preparing periodic reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc) for senior management
• Working to enhance controls and automate processes wherever possible
• Participating in global finance projects aimed at increasing consistency and efficiency across teams
