  5. Loan Evaluation:

    • Possess a solid understanding of property-related aspects such as legal title verification and market valuation.
  6. Cross-Department Coordination:
    • Work closely with sales, operations, legal, technical, and customer service teams to ensure smooth processing of credit applications.
